This document explains Don't Be Frayer's liability limits and our relationship with the linked retailers.
1. We recommend — we don't sell
Don't Be Frayer is a deal-discovery and recommendation platform. We do not sell products, do not charge users, and are not party to any sale transaction. All purchases are made directly with retailers such as Amazon, AliExpress, KSP, iHerb and others.
2. Affiliate program disclosure
Don't Be Frayer participates in affiliate programs with leading retailers, including the Amazon Associates program, the AliExpress affiliate program, and others. As an Amazon Associate, we earn from qualifying purchases. When you click a link and make a purchase, we may receive a commission, at no additional cost to you. Affiliate revenue funds the operation of the site and does not affect which deals we choose to show.
3. Prices & availability
Product prices and availability shown on the site are correct as of the date and time noted and may change. We do not guarantee that the displayed price matches the price charged at checkout. The price and availability shown on the retailer's site (such as Amazon) at the time of purchase are what count. Always confirm the final price on the retailer's product page before purchasing.
4. No product warranty
We bear no responsibility for: product quality or technical specifications; authenticity (genuine vs. counterfeit); delivery times and shipping terms; return and exchange policies; the retailer's customer service; or any direct, indirect, or consequential damage arising from a purchase. It is the buyer's sole responsibility to examine the product, read reviews, and verify the retailer's policies before purchasing.
5. Limitation of liability
In no event shall Don't Be Frayer, its owners, editors, or staff be liable for any damage — monetary, physical, or otherwise — arising from reliance on information on this site or from purchases made based on our recommendations.

We strive to keep information accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee complete accuracy. In any case of discrepancy, the information on the retailer's product page is what counts.
